Welcome to FUNDED, an online donation platform that facilitates donations from individuals to non-profit organizations ("NGOs") for the purpose of helping people in need. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the FUNDED App and website (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by FUNDED ("we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Service.
Donations
FUNDED allows users to donate money to NGOs through the Service. The money donated will be sent to the designated NGO(s) to help those in need. FUNDED is not responsible for the use of the donated funds by the NGOs.
User Account:
To use the Service, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Security:
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Use of Funds:
FUNDED will send the donated funds to the designated NGO(s) to help those in need. FUNDED is not responsible for the use of the donated funds by the NGOs. However, we require NGOs to sign an agreement that they will use the donated funds for the intended purpose and to assist those in need.
Prohibited Uses:
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FUNDED and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other warranty arising from a course of dealing.
